Items of Concern? (Does Anyone Care?)

Water, food, shelter, air ---- all are important. In fact, you may be able to live without shelter (in some climates) but you cannot live without food and water. As to air, you can live for years with pollution depending on the type and your personal health.

Most folks in my circle do not seem to be concerned about food, water, air, or shelter. They act unaware that all of these are under an existential threat.  Because of enemies of America within her borders and those abroad, the absolute essentials can be fatally compromised at any moment.  Does anyone care?

China has the ability to ruin our water supply, turn off our electrical grid, shut down all electronics, and stop our vehicles and all forms of transportation. Does anyone care?

As of a few hours before I wrote this, Putin signed papers making it easier for Russia to use nuclear weapons. We are on the cusp of WW III which will most likely be an atomic conflict. No winners! Does anyone care?

Israel continues to wage their lonely battle against Mideastern terrorism. Hamas refuses to release the remaining captives. Hezbollah still must be defeated. Iran continues to fund Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthi rebels. Does anyone care?

Over 350,000 illegal immigrant children are missing in our nation. There is a well-founded speculation that most of them are in the hands of sex traffickers. Does anyone care?

Televangelism is taking in billions of dollars every year by diluting the gospel, promoting false doctrines, and fomenting a culture of ministerial celebrities. All of this is being perpetrated on the world because of the coverage of the Internet.  All of this is being perpetrated on the world because of the coverage of tax-exemption. Does anyone care?

It seems evident that more people vote because of their party rather than their faith. The political party has taken precedence over Christianity. Money, immorality, and sectarianism has come to a place of preeminence in American politics. Does anyone care?

The selling of health for wealth is commonplace on television. The pharmaceutical industry runs more commercial spots than any other type of enterprise. No cure is pure! Does anyone care?

Lives are being wasted. Time is being wasted. Talents are being wasted. Resources are being wasted. Does anyone care?
